Nanoflex® Tex 2 is a water-based spray-on product for achieving dirt-, water- and oil-repellent effects. Due to its easy handling it is especially applicable in the consumer and retail sector. Especially absorbent textile substrates are excellently protected by Nanoflex® Tex 2. The main areas of application are absorbent upholstery/furniture and suede/alcantara. In addition, most commercially available textiles, carpets and curtains can be treated if they are free of surface-active substances (silicones/surfactants). The product is Ökotex certified (ECO-Passport), UV-stable and does not show any migration. Nanoflex® Tex 2 is part of the INTELLIGENT HYBRIDS® concept of Nano-Care Deutschland AG due to the intelligent arrangement of hybrid (organic and inorganic) structures.

the coating liquid is applied to the surface by standard pump spray systems. If the substrate cannot absorb the liquid immediately, the use of a paint roller is recommended to ensure uniform wetting. The coating is fully cured after 24 hours. |
A padding application is also possible. The wash stability can be increased with Nanoflex WX (crosslinker) in this process.
The finishing material must be free of anionic, surface-active residues. Silicones or tensides interfere with the effect and adhesion. We are happy to provide technical support with regard to pre-cleaning.
Nanoflex® Tex 2 is additionally available in the quality grades textile and Tex 4. These formulations contain a lower (textile) or higher (Tex 4) proportion of active components.
The product is water-based and not a hazardous material according to ADR and IATA. However, it can also be shipped as a liquid concentrate (Nanoflex® Konzentrat TP).

Nanoflex® L-Care is a fluorine-free water-based spray-on product for achieving dirt and water-repellent effects on leather. Due to its easy handling it is especially suitable for the consumer and retail sector. The product complies with the ZDHC joint roadmap. Especially smooth leather is excellently protected by Nanoflex® L-Care and experiences a caring effect. In addition, most commercially available textiles, carpets, upholstery and curtains can be treated, as long as they are free of surface-active substances (silicones/surfactants). Nanoflex® L-Care is part of the INTELLIGENT HYBRIDS® concept of Nano-Care Deutschland AG due to the intelligent arrangement of hybrid structures (silicon dioxide/wax).

The product may change after a longer standing time (e.g. creaming, sedimentation, separation). Stir or shake thoroughly before use.

It was developed especially for the application with the help of washing machines. Especially absorbent textile substrates are excellently protected by Nanoflex® Washon. Main field of application is absorbent clothing, as far as this is free of surface-active substances (silicones/surfactants). Nanoflex® Wash-on is part of the INTELLIGENT HYBRIDS® concept of Nano-Care Deutschland AG due to the intelligent arrangement of hybrid (organic and inorganic) structures.

Application: |
The coating liquid is applied by a wash cycle in standard washing machines. The use of further washing agents is not necessary. Optimum performance is achieved from 4% based on the dry textile weight. The amount of water used in the washing machine must be known in advance if the dosage is based on the amount of water used. |
The product achieves effects after air drying, the maximum effect is only reached after heating (50°C) in the dryer.
